Assist drivers with loading training or Paperwork issues when needed. Conduct audits on vehicles and drivers randomly to make sure they meet Shells requirements for Safety and Loading. First point of contact for Emergency Services when there is an incident at any 3 parts of the Shell Terminal. Test products that come into the Terminal and go out of the Terminal as needed. Testing Officer certified. Aviation Release Note certified. Omega 5000 competent. SAP P50 Competent. GSAP competent. Make up Theme of The Month flyers incorporating safety in the Terminal. Where required will assist in any safety breach Investigations in the Terminal and action any safety critical items that come from those investigations. Create Emergency Response Exercises when rostered with the assistance of MFB, VICPOL and local shire. Relief Site Co-Ordinator. Knowledge of Emergency Response. Knowledge of Tank Farm Operations. Omega and GSAP competent. Fleet Controller/Despatcher. Despatching for the Hired Carriers and Shell Owned Fleet in Vic and Tas. Fleet Controller for Shell owned vehicles in North East Victoria. Plan and Co-ordinate fuel deliveries for Farms and Service Stations in this area. Ensure efficient utilisation of vehicles at all times. Ensure regular customers receive deliveries on time when they request. Take every step to avoid 'Stock Outs' of Farmers and Service stations and other customers. Create runs for the drivers making sure they do not go over 12 hours per shift or trip. S.A.P. computer program competent.
