  State Manager (Vic, SA, Tas): Feb 2016 - Apr 2016 Engaged to investigate and capture all possible new clients within this area then to provide them with best possible resources and information to seamlessly transition these clients into the DriveCam system. Once this was in place it was envisaged that the role would also encompass current clients with a view to at some point taking over the whole operation for this area and employing a sales & operations team to manage the prospective growth.

  National DriveCam Co-ordinator: Apr 2014 - Oct 2015 One of the world's largest energy providers, operating in Australia through terminals and logistics providing multiple fuels to mining, rural and industrial all the way through to retail sites. National DriveCam Co-ordinator Engaged to oversee initial 3 depot trial period prior to complete rollout of DriveCam system within BP Company operated fleet. Key components to this role were to develop workplace procedures, depot managers and drivers operating manuals, training programs prior to their implementation. Once successful, we rolled it out depot by depot in conjunction with the installation of the DriveCam units in the vehicles. This was all completed ahead of schedule. Selected Achievements: ? Identifying behaviours and driving patterns common to various areas around the country and highlighting these with the driver groups resulting in modification of their behaviour. ? Highlighting blackspot areas to make drivers more aware of their day-to-day environment. ? Overseeing and educating the depot managers to better be able to train and up skill their drivers. ? Transition entire logistics team to various 3PL contractors across Australia.

  Consultant Safety Specialist: Jan 2014 - Apr 2014 Warf operator and container cartage provider that also operates storage warehouses in all capital cites throughout Australia with transport interests in both road and rail. Consultant Safety Specialist Engaged after a series of workplace accidents found this company needing to reassess their approach to safety. There had recently been a take-over of the P&O business and there was a need to provide a uniform framework for HSE. Selected Achievements: ? Risk assessed and implemented traffic management program for Qube Warf Site and multiple warehouses. ? Reviewed all current OH&S Systems within both Qube and P&O to amalgamate both into a framework of safety systems allowing them to become compliant with all OH&S regulations.

Key accomplishments involved creating two nationally implemented training packages, vastly enhancing safety standards and ensuring that staff and equipment met industry benchmarks.
