Part–Time

Jarvis is a privately owned and operated automotive group in South Australia with eight dealerships across metropolitan and regional SA. We are currently seeking a professional Part-Time Shuttle Driver who is committed to providing a courteous, convenient transportation service to and from Jarvis Subaru Adelaide. This role takes customer service and interaction to a whole new level and experience working in in a multi-drop driving role will be highly regarded.

To be successful in this role you need an engaging & friendly personality, excellent communication skills, a full South Australian driver’s licence, the ability and confidence to drive a transit van in the inner city and suburbs and you must possess the following attributes:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• A positive, pro-active and ‘can do’ attitude
• Professional presentation in accordance with company dress standards
• Provide customers with assistance entering and exiting the vehicle

This position requires you to drive the courtesy vehicle in a regulated workplace that prides itself on meeting strict deadlines in a schedule driven environment. Part of the key to your success is your experience in building relationships with colleagues and customers putting safety and service first as you will be on the road most of the day.

Hours of work are 7.30am – 2.30pm Monday – Friday

What you’ll need

• Current South Australian driver’s licence
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle
• Ability to work with the service team to achieve goals and objectives
• Possess initiative and a strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to make a positive contribution within a team environment

The successful candidate will be expected to be courteous in all driving and non-driving situations and will be responsible for providing superior customer service.
