Shredlock Victoria is currently seeking an experienced permanent full time MR Driver to join its rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a good ability to undertake MR Driving, as well as strong customer service skills.

The successful candidate will enjoy the work-life balance of being able to work a 4 day working week. Working out of South West, clients will primarily be within the Melbourne Metropolitan area.

Wages:

Employees will be paid well with an above the Award rate of $25-$27 + super + overtime rates, depending on the level of skill and experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Successful driving of MR trucks to and from the depot and client sites
• Ability to manually load and unload trucks to and from client sites and the depot
• Ability to provide clients with friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain a clean and well organized work environment
• Comply with all WHS and company policies and procedures

In order to be considered for this role you must possess skill and experience including:

• 2 to 3 years MR driving experience
• Current MR Driver’s License with good driving record
• Physically fit and well presented
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with undertaking multi-drops and pick-up’s at customer sites
• Forklift driving experience with current and valid forklift license (advantageous)
