OPERATIONS CREW MEMBER – GROUNDWORKS

We are currently looking at hiring enthusiastic individuals with virtuous work ethics to join our operations crew members and become part of our team. Successful applicants will receive specialised and documented training and mentoring to ensure we achieve the highest standards together.

New operations crew members are introduced onto our internally developed, open and robust level system used to monitor, review, provide feedback and reward positive performance. The initial trainee level gross annual salary is $55,000 super for an average 45 hour week to $80,000 super . A pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and driving history will be required of successful applicants. Standard work hours are weekdays 5:30am to mid-afternoon with some weekend and/or night work. Operations crew also complete jobs away from home (accommodation and meals provided).

It is essential that all applicants must hold a current C class manual driver's licence and a construction induction white card or application will be denied . Applicants holding a truck driver's licence (HR class and above-with road ranger box) will receive an higher advantage.
