Picking orders in cold storage warehouse, delivering meat to various customers across metro Melb & mornington peninsula. Deliveries vary from 2 boxes to 20, 15 kgs per box
We are a small privately run wholesale meat company, servicing the wider Melbourne region. We purchase meat in bulk from abboitoirs, break it down & then distirbute to our customers.
We are looking for a casual, enthusiastic delivery driver that enjoys working part of a team but also thrives whilst working autonomously.
The role involves collecting goods, assisting the owner with picking orders in a cold storage warehouse each morning, followed by delivering each order to the right customer in your own van. Some orders are small, and others are large involving manual labour.
Because we`re a small company we are after someone very reliable and trustworthy.
We`re offering a stable ongoing job (throughout lockdowns) – The job is currently casual offering 10-15 hours per week, but there is opportunity to grow the role into full time and take on as much responsibility as you`re interested in
Hourly rate is negotiable depending on the right candidate
