This opportunity is with a highly regarded cattle business operating an aggregation of stations throughout Western Australia’s Kimberley region. Reporting to Station Management, this position would suit an experienced MC driver who enjoys variety and is willing to contribute across all aspects of station operations. The successful candidate will be a practical team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to safety. An immediate start is available for the right person.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Operate road trains and station trucks for lick runs, freight and supply transport across the station network.
Assist with livestock operations including mustering, yard work, stock processing and livestock handling activities.
Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of trucks, equipment, fencing, bores and station infrastructure.
Support general station operations and day-to-day property activities as required.
Selection Criteria
Current MC Licence with experience operating heavy vehicles in remote or rural environments.
Confident riding a two-wheel agricultural motorbike across varied terrain.
Machinery operating experience advantageous.
Willingness to undertake both driving and station-based duties as part of a team environment.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills and commitment to safe work practices.
