Delivery Driver/Storeman ( The Gourmet Co )

Job Summary:

We are a small business specialising in the wholesale and distribution of gourmet foods throughout Sydney, Canberra and surroundings.

We are currently looking for a motivated individual to assist with general warehouse duties and deliveries.

Duties:

• Receiving & dispatching, including checking off and inspecting goods
• Picking/packing for dispatch to local customers
• Operation of forklift (walkie, high reach)
• Deliveries in company vehicle as required
• Maintain warehouse (stock control, counts, monitoring &reporting)
• General housekeeping and warehouse duties as directed

• Ability to communicate with customers and staff in a professional manner
• Punctual with the right attitude to get the job done

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Must be an Australian citizen
• Clear Police History
• Current Australian drivers licence- RTA driving record print out
• Able to operate forklift
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks
• MUST be over 25 years of age with knowledge of the Sydney metropolitan area
• Able to drive a manual van
