Your responsibilities will include:
Managing customer inquiries and providing prompt, accurate responses.
Assisting with taking bookings over the phone from customers
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Performing general administrative tasks to support the team.
This role is Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm
