Job Summary:

Heathwood Location, Great Team and Working Environment, Monday to Friday Role 7am - 4pm

Based at our clients Heathwood site, the Administration/Pallet Controller is responsible for recording, monitoring & validating all CHEP/Loscam transactions. This is a challenging position for a motivated and self-driven person to join a well-established, fast paced company, working autonomously and supporting the operational team.

Your will be required to:

• Manage day to day accuracy of equipment movements (includes CHEP / Loscam pallets)
• Support the audits, facilitate the weekly stock counts & monthly stocktake of all equipment on site and in transit
• Support and obtain relevant data on the national crate pool on a daily / weekly basis
• Respond to Supplier queries by phone and email in a timely manner
• Review and amend dockets in the CHEP and Loscam Portal, provide relevant feedback on rectification of any errors
• Accurate document management including scanning and filing of all paperwork
• Data validation for month end reconciliation
• Schedule reports for daily & weekly movements
• Communicate and engage with Distribution Centres, carriers and suppliers
• Investigate all discrepancies and issues within pre-determined time frames

About you!
• Experience within a similar role working in a Logistics environment is desirable
• Able to coordinate several tasks simultaneously ability to work under pressure and in a professional manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be computer literate and proficient using MS Office application (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Self-driven with a positive attitude
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia
• Have your own reliable transport as the site is not accessible via public transport
