Opportunity to use your solid administration experience as part of the Admin Team of one of Australia’s most successful waste companies.
The opportunity has become available for an administrative professional to join the business based in Nudgee. Here is a chance to use your Administration skills and experience to deliver exceptional services and be part of our friendly and dedicated team.
To be the right person to join our Team you will:
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude;
- Have a very professional telephone manner;
- Have an inherent customer service focus;
- Have advanced computer skills including the use of Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Be proactive with a high level of attention to detail;
- Be naturally organised and confident in showing initiative; and
- Have a minimum of 12 months office experience.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- General administration duties including scanning documents, filing, assisting with projects and other ad hoc duties as required;
- Maintain records, high level data entry, word processing and collation of information;
- Understanding different client's requirements and expectations; and
- Assisting other administration team member as required.
