Due to winning another new contract, Blu Logistics, Australia's leading milk transport business is currently looking for 3 b-double milk tanker driver/operators to be based out of Mt. Gambier.

Now, you can easily imagine you’ll need to know a lot to be able to do it all to the high standard that both you and the company expect. But fear not! You will need to bring your b-double license and skill, but full training for the farm pick-up part of the job is provided – all you’ll need is evidence of:
- *MC B-double licence and clean driving record
- Competence with heavy vehicles*
- Your ability to self-directed and be self-disciplined
- Excellent professional and courteous personal behaviours, including discipline, hygiene and communication
- Performance to a highly professional standard in the past
- A safe driving record (we will need to see an extract of your license history)
- A willingness to listen, learn and contribute
Note: Tanker experience is not essential but a positive and open attitude is.
Cows don't pay much attention to what day of the week it is, so there are rotating rosters averaging around 5 shifts a week across days, nights and weekends. Rosters are prepared in advance and you can expect to average 50 – 60 hours a week.
Just so you know, the Directors have worked very hard to build great relationships with clients and within the team and that means how everyone behaves and treats each other must be to the highest professional standards. They know this means some highly experienced potential applicants won’t apply, but their dedication to great communications and relationships won’t be compromised.
