Rates
Night Shift – B-Double
• NT: $43 + 30% loading
• X1.5: $51.50
• X2: $68.20
Day Shift – SL
• NT: $42
• X1.5: $51.50
• X2: $68.20
Day Shift – Single Trailer
• NT: $39
• X1.5: $50.37
• X2: $64.21
