About the opportunity: permanent full-time Customer Service Officer/Scheduler ideally based at Busselton WA (flexible to Bunbury). Oversee day-to-day service and deliveries across SW WA network. Liaise with drivers, concrete plants, quarries, scheduling teams and customers to ensure service requirements achieved with on-time deliveries while reacting to jobsite and demand changes. Maximise truck load sizes, balance on-time cost-effective delivery, fleet and plant network utilisation and customer service.

Responsibilities: ensuring efficient daily scheduling, dispatching deliveries, working with schedulers, plant teams and drivers to ensure right load into right truck to right job, provide feedback to CSOs to ensure proper order placement, liaising with plant staff, account managers and site coordinators.

About you: Customer Service and Transport/Logistics Scheduling experience (preferred). Experience in pre-mix concrete or distribution industry (preferred). Sound knowledge of SW WA area. Self-motivated, outcomes-oriented, can-do mindset. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Managing stakeholder relationships. Team player.
