This is an exciting opportunity for you to work for one of the World’s largest recycling, waste collection and removal companies.

This role is looking for that person who has a keen eye for detail, has excellent data entry skills and can consistently meet deadlines.
This role is for a 6 month employment term. Based out of Nudgee on the Northside of Brisbane from Monday to Friday starting at 8am.
About the Role
As a Data Entry Officer, you will be responsible for accurately assuring data before entering into systems, ensuring data integrity and timely completion of tasks. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will prioritise tasks effectively and manage workload independently while contributing to the team’s overall objectives.
You may be required to undertake a range of data entry on an ad-hoc basis to ensure that operational deliverables are met, and support colleagues by sharing work responsibilities when necessary.
Position duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain high attention to detail, upholding data integrity and quality across all aspects of data entry and related tasks
Manage assigned work in an environment with competing priorities, ensuring adherence to defined deliverables and meeting expected outcomes
Keep our databases, spreadsheets, and portals in tip-top shape
Uncover and resolve data discrepancies with precision
Handling a diverse range of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
About You
12 months or more experience in Data Entry or Administration
Full Australian Work Rights
You must be a fast paced person who excels in a busy, demanding work environment
Have a strong work ethic and be a committed member of our team
Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills
Must be a confident self-starter
Must have a positive “can-do” attitude
Can be relied upon to work autonomously and get the job done
The ability to multi task quickly and efficiently
A strong willingness to learn and the ability to learn our software system quickly
Pay Rate $33.56p/h + Penalties + Superannuation
