Forklift Driver – Sunshine ( Australia Post )

Australia Post are currently looking for skilled and experienced forklift drivers to work over the busy Christmas period. The role requires experienced forklift operators to load and unload trucks at one of our busiest facilities in Sunshine.

Some of the tasks you may be required to do as a forklift driver for Australia Post, include:

• Driving forklifts safely and efficiently at delivery centres
• Completing relevant documentation relating to incoming/outgoing goods
• Loading and unloading items using other lifting devices if necessary

What we are looking for:

• Must have a current forklift licence and minimum 12 months experience
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday between 2nd November 2016 – 25th January 2017 (minimum)
• Must be able to lift 16kg unassisted

Additional info:

– Located in Sunshine, Victoria

– $25-30/hr

– 5 shifts available: 11.00am-5.30pm, 2.00pm-8.30pm, 4.00pm-10.30pm, 7.00pm-1.30pm & 9.00pm-3.30pm. Must be flexible to work additional hours, changing shift times and changing locations

– You will be required to complete a series of pre-employment checks including a medical and police check and pass a forklift assessment prior to commencing with us.
