What we need:
You will be a licenced forklift operator who has great attention to detail and is able to work under pressure to meet picking and packing deadlines.
Duties include but are not limited to;
- Outbound: – picking/packing orders, quality checks,
- Inbound: receiving stock, replenishments and the like
- Forklift operation
- General cleaning / housekeeping duties as required.
What you have:
- We are looking for an individual who is a reliable team player, physically fit to perform all duties, works at the team pace and follows all site security rules and procedures.
- Intermediate computer skills an advantage.
- A minimum six months proven experience in picking packing is required.
- You will need to be available to work Monday to Friday, have your own steel cap shoes and due to location, own transport.
- Ability to adhere to a number of targets throughout the day, including realistic KPI’s set for either picking or packing.
- Be able to follow strict processes to ensure things are being done the right way to a standard and meeting quality procedures.
- Have a switched on and can-do attitude with an ability to complete multiple tasks and assist the team in meeting daily performance requirements.
- Understand the importance of and follow workplace health & safety in the workplace.
