Our client is a highly respected family-owned aggregation of properties across the Northern Territory. With diversified operations across cattle, hay, cotton and irrigation, they are regarded as leading NT producers. This role is based north of Katherine, offering a welcoming rural community with a local primary school nearby.
This full-time Truck Driver role operates across NT and QLD, primarily performing day runs with some overnight work as required. You will be driving a Kenworth 909 Prime Mover and reporting directly to the station owners.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
– Operate Kenworth 909 Prime Mover for haulage across NT and QLD (lick, hay, machinery etc)
– Perform daily vehicle checks and general maintenance upkeep
– Assist with station operations when required (tractor, dozer, hay equipment etc)
– Maintain safe, compliant and professional driving standards at all times
Selection Criteria
– MC unrestricted licence and clean driving history (must be provided if shortlisted)
– Drug-free and safety-conscious
– Previous heavy vehicle / prime mover experience
– Willing to commit to a long-term role and live locally
