We are seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Time MR Licensed Driver to join our team based in Chatswood.
Annual Salary: Approx. $70,000
Hourly Rate: $35–$40 per hour + Superannuation + Performance Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Time MR Licensed Driver to join our team based in Chatswood. This role involves deliveries across the Sydney metropolitan area, primarily to construction sites and customer warehouses, with some warehouse support duties when deliveries are not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products to construction sites and customer warehouses across Sydney
- Collect goods from third-party warehouses and return them to our facility
- Perform light manual handling as required
- Assist with general warehouse duties during non-delivery periods
Requirements
- Valid MR driver’s licence (minimum requirement)
- Experience operating trucks and making metropolitan deliveries
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic trucks
- Crane (Hiab) operating experience is highly regarded
- Good knowledge of Sydney road networks preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong focus on safety and compliance with NSW road and traffic regulations
- Physically fit and capable of light manual handling
- Fluent English communication skills
- Valid Australian work rights
