Gibsons Groundspread is a family owned and operated business for over 65 years, specialising in the Supply, Transportation & Spreading of Fertiliser, Lime & Revive.
We service the Gippsland region & everywhere in between from Melbourne to the Eastern Victorian border.
About the role
Due to seasonal requirements, the opportunity exists for a highly motivated, hardworking person with a great work ethic to join our Spreader Driver team on a full-time permanent basis located out of our Bayles Depot. The applicant must be capable of working by themselves as well as in a team environment. The role will include spreading fertiliser on farms, operating a telehandler/loader, maintaining plant & equipment and general yard duties.
Skills and experience
- Must have a minimum of H.R Licence but a H.C would be advantageous.
- Hold a current Forklift Licence
- The ability to organise and prioritise tasks
- Telehandler/Loader Experience
- Pass a Pre-employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol Testing
- Be willing to undergo a National Police Check
- High Standards and pride in Communication and Customer Service
