Job Summary:

Experienced HC/MC Truck Drivers needed for safe & efficient transportation of goods in Mackay area.

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced HC or MC Truck Drivers to join our client’s team in the Mackay area (QLD).

As a vital part of our transport and logistics team, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods. As an HC/MC Truck Driver, you will operate Heavy Combination (HC) or Multi Combination (MC) trucks to transport goods between various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive HC or MC trucks to transport goods to and from various locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure trucks are in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and necessary documentation.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods and follow correct procedures.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with minor warehouse duties when required, such as ensuring the safe loading/unloading of goods.
• Work closely with the logistics team to meet scheduled delivery times.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Current and valid HC or MC Driver’s License.
• Proven experience driving HC or MC trucks.
• Current HRL Forklift license desirable however not essential
• A good driving record and solid understanding of road safety laws.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Previous experience in this field is highly regarded.
