Immediate Start - Monday to Friday - Full Training Provided - $36.79 Per Hour + Overtime + Superannuation
We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious HR Local Dangerous Goods Delivery Truck Driver to join a well respected waste company based out of Rocklea.
This is a temp-to-perm role, providing an opportunity for long-term employment with training provided before the current driver’s departure on 24/01/2025. Full training of this role is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport packaged waste and palletised freight to specified locations.
Freight is forklifted on and off—minimal manual handling required (only lifting gates and securing loads with straps).
Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations for transporting
dangerous goods.
Requirements:
A Current HR Truck Licence
A Valid Dangerous Goods (D/G) Licence
Good local knowledge of Brisbane
Physically Fit
Ability to follow strict safety protocols and handle hazardous materials.
Appropriate PPE, including:
Long sleeve orange and blue shirt with reflective strips
Blue long pants with reflective strips
Steel Cap Safety Boots
Start time is between 6am and 7am each day.
$36.79 Per Hour + Overtime + Superannuation
