Centurion in Derby is currently looking for a MC Driver with double and triple road train experience to join the team. The successful candidate will be delivering general and fridge freight.
Duties
- Loading and unloading of general, over-dimensional and refrigerated freight
- Securing and restraining loads in a safe manner as per operational requirements
- Carrying out vehicle pre-start checks
- Transporting freight in a safe and efficient manner to and from customer sites and depots
- Ensuring all freight loaded matches the paperwork
Skills and Experience
- Current MC Driver’s license
- Demonstrated experience driving double and triple road trains
- Refrigeration and general freight experience
- Accredited forklift ticket
- Dangerous goods license (preferred but not essential)
