Full Time Position
Home every weekend. We do have plenty of volume and have the ability to provide weekend work if you want it.
Based in Berrigan NSW but driver can be based anywhere between Melbourne & the Southern Riverina.
Hawker Haulage Pty ltd is a small family transport business that really values our employees and what they bring to the business. Due to a long term driver retiring, we are on the lookout for an MC driver to operate a 2017 Mack Superliner (as pictured) and a brand new set of Lusty Ems Stags. We have a great customer base with efficient unloading sites with no splitting of trailers required.
Main legs are but not limited to:
- Southern Riverina/Northern Vic to Melb/Geelong/Port Kembla & return
- Southern NSW/Northern Vic to GrainCorp Numurkah.
- Fertilisers ex Southern Vic to Southern NSW
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Problem solving ability
- MC licence
- Minimum 2 years heavy vehicle driving.
- BFM or willingness to acquire
- Tipper experience preferred but not essential
- Current driver medical
- Reliable & punctual
- Current licence and driving record print out
- Strong communication skills
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude
- Customer service mindset
- Honesty & Integrity
