Ramp & Baggage Agents – Adelaide Airport
dnata Airport Services Pty. Limited is a national provider of Ground Handling and Cargo services to a number of major international airlines. We are part of the global dnata International network and a subsidiary of the Emirates Group.
We are seeking Ramp & Baggage Agents to join our Adelaide Operations team based in Adelaide Airport.
We are currently recruiting for permanent part-time (minimum 24 hours per week) and casual employment. dnata offers on-the-job training and upskilling, providing opportunities for career progression and professional development.
Key responsibilities for a Ramp & Baggage Agent:
– Assist with the movement of ground services equipment such as aircraft stairs, mobile conveyors, tugs and belt loaders
– Assist with the marshalling of arriving aircraft
– Assist with safe and timely aircraft push-back and towing activities, driving and operating diverse push-back tractors, both conventional and tow-bar-less types
– Handle a range of duties on the ground
– Manage baggage
– Lift up to 32?kg
– Work a 7-day rotating roster

Requirements for success:
– Australian or New?Zealand citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or an Australian Working Visa
– Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical test
– Willingness to undergo an Australian Federal Police security check
– For some roles, a valid driver’s licence
– Basic to intermediate computer skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– High level of customer service skills
– Availability for a rotating roster
