Chef for Kids is seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our growing team! We deliver freshly prepared, nutritious meals to childcare centres across the Sunshine Coast — and we need someone who takes pride in punctuality, professionalism, and great service.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering meals from our Coolum kitchen to various childcare centres each morning. This is a key role in ensuring children receive fresh, whole food meals on time, every day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely load, transport, and deliver prepared meals to childcare centres
• Follow scheduled delivery routes and ensure on-time drop-offs
• Handle food with care and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle
• Communicate any delays or issues to kitchen or admin team
• Occasionally assist with basic kitchen support between delivery runs
What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physically fit – able to lift and carry meal containers
Ability to follow procedures and work independently
Police Check and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
References that confirm your reliability and integrity
