Skillinvest is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Road Worker to join our client’s team in a casual role averaging 38 hours per week. Based at the Lilydale Depot, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Victoria’s leading providers in road maintenance, construction, and civil works.
You’ll be part of a supportive and dynamic crew, working outdoors and operating a range of tools and machinery to help maintain and improve our road networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- General labouring and site preparation
- Compacting, leveling, and spreading materials
- Routine road maintenance and emergency response
- Truck driving and obstruction removal
- Use of power tools and machinery
What You’ll Need:
- Construction Induction White Card
- Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence
- Traffic Management Certificates – current TC1 & TMI1 at minimum
- Demonstrated experience in road or civil works
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Availability for after-hours emergency call-outs
