Seed Grading & Cleaning Truck Operator: Drive HR truck, clean & grade seed, maintain equipment, and communicate with clients in various locations.
An expanding grain cleaning and seed grading business has full-time positions available for Seed Grading & Cleaning HR Truck Operators to service clients around NSW and southern Queensland.
Starting soon, duties include locating an HR-mounted grain cleaning and seed grading truck on client farms and carrying out seed cleaning, grading, and treatment to company standards to add value to clients’ businesses by improving grain quality and maintaining plant and equipment.
These positions best suit tidy, flexible, and adaptable workers with effective communication skills from agricultural backgrounds and a minimum HR synchro truck licence who enjoy working outdoors and like the variety offered by working in various locations.
Applicants with a minimum HR synchro truck licence and mechanical or electrical skills experience are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

DUTIES
– HR truck driving
– Carry out seed cleaning & grading
– Treat grain – mix and apply chemicals
– Truck mechanical and regular plant maintenance
– Communicate with clients
– Record keeping
SKILLS & QUALITIES
– Agricultural background with grain knowledge and handling skills preferred
– Mechanical or electrical knowledge and skills
– Clean minimum HR synchro licence and trailer reversing skills necessary
– Basic Fatigue Management and Chemcert preferred
– Mechanical maintenance knowledge & skills
– Follows procedures and upholds company standards
– Adheres to safe working practices
– Effective communication & electronic record keeping skills
– Able to work outside during summer
– Tidy, organised, and efficient
