TRANSPORT TRUCK ALLOCATOR
Location: Albion Park
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Truck Allocator to manage and coordinate our transport fleet consisting of Truck and Dog Tippers and Pneumatic Tankers. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient fleet operation, maximising utilisation, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and allocate trucks and drivers according to delivery schedules and load requirements
Communicate with drivers, customers and the operations team to ensure timely deliveries
Monitor vehicle movements and address delays or route changes
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, loads and fleet status
Resolve logistical or service-related issues efficiently
Requirements:
Previous experience in transport allocation, dispatch or logistics coordination
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency with transport management systems and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of road transport regulations and compliance requirements
