Our client is seeking skilled Truck & Dog drivers based out of their Crestmead yard for long-term asphalt and paving projects across SEQ. Back to jobs Brisbane – All Brisbane Casual $46.26 p.a Job details $46.26/hour + penalties Long term work with daily overtime (10-12 hour shifts) Immediate start with no lengthy onboarding About the Client Our client is Australian owned and plays a major part in the road maintenance industry, heavily involved in various asphalt and paving works across South-East Queensland. What you will be doing They are currently seeking skilled Truck & Dog drivers, to meet at the yard in Crestmead, working from 5am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and being responsible for the below duties; Drive the truck to and from site Importing and/or exporting earthworks materials from various project sites in and around Brisbane Ensure safety standards are maintained including daily prestart checks on the truck Complete required company documentation associated with the collection and delivery of materials Upholding company client relationships What you will need: MC/HC license Construction White Card Experience operating Truck & Dog Tipper combination is essential (min 5 years) Strong understanding of National Heavy Vehicle Regulations (NHVR) and Chain of Responsibility (COR) Regulations Willingness to work overtime Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to complete paperwork accurately and engage with stakeholders Ability to pass an instant D&A prior to commencing Ability to provide a previous driving/traffic history (or willingness to obtain) What’s in for you: Long-term asphalt and paving projects across SEQ.
