Job Summary:

We are looking for a full-time, experienced MC truck driver/mechanic who is keen to work and travel regional towns and remote areas.

Harvey Developments has been established for nearly 15 years and has built a great reputation within the Southern Northern Territory region. Based in Alice Springs, we specialise in providing quality building construction services.

We are looking for a full-time, experienced MC truck driver/mechanic who is keen to work and travel regional towns and remote areas.

You will be completing all tasks and duties required for driving around the local area, as well as some long-distance jobs.

Tasks and duties will include:

carrying out routine vehicle checks
loading building materials/fabrications onto the truck using a forklift, crane or other lifting equipment
making sure that the loads are correctly placed and secured
driving vehicles to their destination (usually construction sites and depots) and unloading according to site requirements
maintaining a log book book with details of trips, including rest breaks on long trips
