Truck Manager – Promotional Campaign – Premium Food Brand ( On Brand )

Role involves managing a truck for a Premium food brand and taking it from Sydney to Melbourne and back to Sydney as per the below schedule. Also leading a team of 3 staff at each event.
Sampling and selling of hot dogs and premium mustard at a French Festival. Food Brand -

Truck dimensions are roughly 3m x 2m (or 2.5 with the awning out)
The Truck Manager requires a LR (Light Rigid) license and ideally a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. We can pay for the food safety if required.

51 hours work over 2 weeks.
Sydney: 10th January 2020 Pick truck up from warehouse in Sydney and Drive to event in Melbourne ( approx. 9 hour Drive ) Bump in Sat 11th Jan Event day 12th Jan (approx. 10 hour event) 13th Jan Bump Out and Drive truck back to Sydney warehouse (approx. 9 hour drive with 2 hours bump out) Sydney: 2 days 18th Jan Pick-up truck from Sydney Warehouse and drive to event for early bump in. Event starts at 1pm – 11pm (approx. 15 hours)
19th Jan Bump out and drive back to warehouse
Looking for someone who is:
Confident, friendly, approachable, well presented and enjoys engaging with the public. They also need to be able to lead and direct a team of experienced promotional/event staff.
