Warehouse Store Man

Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Loading & unloading freight & goods of delivery ( must be physically fit as heavy lifting is involved with aids available)
• Ensure freight is well secured
• Experience in sensitive freight
• Maintaining deriving records (e.g. driver logbooks, mileage records & fuel receipts)
• Inspecting / undertaking vehicle checks
• Interacting in a professional, courteous & respectful manner with customers when picking up, delivering & packaging freight, obtaining signatures and providing delivery documentation
• Ensure all POD documentation is signed prior to departing the delivery or pick up site
• Providing a Daily Run Sheet with associated paperwork
• Delivering within the required time frames
• May including some driving to & from pick up / delivery works (all Sydney Metro)

Qualifications / Experience required:

• Valid driver's licence
• Forklift licence would be highly regarded
• strong time management skills
• Sound communication- both verbal & written
• Customer focus IMPORTANT
