Waste and Recycling Drivers & Loaders

• Waste Industry Experience (desired but not essential)
• 4 Depot locations in Sydney
• Available to start immediately
• Start times vary from 4.00am / 5.20am / night shifts

 

URM is seeking HR & MR drivers to join our team of professional drivers to learn all aspects of the waste industry. We are currently seeking drivers who are safety focused, reliable with a keen eye for detail and are extremely committed to the business and its needs.

Your new role

• In this role, you will be responsible for operating in a safe and compliant manner, being customer serviced focused and part of a progressive team.
• URM is an innovative proactive company and has the latest software and technology supporting our drivers and customers.
• You will be responsible for full completion of routes and rewarded for a Job well done!

What you'll need to succeed

• You will hold a current NSW HR / MR vehicle licence
• You will have a strong worth ethic as you need to work fast and be efficient
• You will have good written and verbal communication
• You will be in good health and able to complete physical elements of the job
• You will need to be trained on the use of ipad technology and closely follow directions
• You will have a can do attitude with 100% commitment to the Company
