Edinburgh SA Casual $32 - $34 an hour

Remo Contractors Pty Ltd is a progressive company in the civil construction industry located in Adelaide's northern suburbs. We are seeking an experienced truck & dog driver for cartage work to join our team. The suitable applicant must be available for immediate start. We offer good pay rates for the right person.

DUTIES:
*

• Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed

• Load, unload & secure cargo

• Present well & display excellent customer service skills & communication
• Keep accurate & timely records of cartage history
• Reliable, punctual & self motivated
• Comply with road rules and safety regulations
• Comply with company policies & procedures
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Ability to recognise and report maintenance issues to the Service Manager to ensure vehicle is roadworthy and mechanically sound at all times
• Cleaning of truck

ESSENTIAL:

• HC licence with proven safe driving record
• White card
• Truck & dog experience

DESIRABLE:

• Boral certified driver
• Experience in cartage of roadwork materials
