Hello my name Matthew for the last 12 years I’ve been in the army as a heavy equipment operator. Left to spend more time at home with family. I’m currently working as a MC driver. I’m a hard worker and eager to learn.

Worked As PLANT FOREMAN at Army from March 2017 to February 2020
In this role I am responsible for managing and leading a team of 10 staff on construction projects throughout Australia. This requires me to conduct project management, stakeholder engagement and management throughout the project life-cycle and team management through providing effective leadership and continuous professional develop and training.
Achievements:
* Successful management of up to 10 soldiers, including preparation of all administrative paperwork, performance reports and issue resolution
* Selected to run a small team to build Forward Support Group Base in a remote Rockhampton training base
* Selected to run a small team to build a military Airstrip in Wide-Bay Burnett
* Formed part of the team required to build a Grenade Range at the Canungra army training base
* Successfully ran recovery tasks and ship to shore operations while part of the Amphibious Beach Team where I was part of a small team who managed the recovery of vehicles and boats.

Worked As PLANT OPERATOR at Army from February 2008 to March 2017
I worked within a Construction Unit to provide infrastructure and disaster relief in Australia and overseas. During this time I:
