• Worked fly in fly out (FIFO) 14/7 roster on an open cast mine site performing extremely physical tasks in 50ᴼC temperatures at 85% humidity
All times complied with site safety procedures and PPE regulations
Excavated trenches to survey pegs using a 30t excavator to reveal and install water services
Use a front-end loader for lifting pipes, using forks, bucket and jib attachment
Planning works to ensure the environment is fully protected

Project Plant Rental (PPR) is a plant hire and welding specialist company. For this project they worked with Murphy Pipe & Civil (MPC) and were contracted to Queensland Gas Corporation (QGC), working on one of the world’s largest Coal Seam Gas operations, the Queensland Curtis Liquefied Natural Gas (QCLNG) Project throughout the Surat Basin area.
