I have Driving for the last 20 years on and off.
i find that line haul suit me well, i dont mind working low loaders ,as there is a physical aspect to the job and my machinery operating skill get some use.
I like refrigerated transport , and have done a little bit of car carrier work which i enjoy loading side of the job.
interstate shuttle work , or local , again night works is always good , as there is just less traffic generally , and it cool of the evening.

Dock to dock work, and i am study on my days off in the markets

so over all , change over and line haul , is were i like to work.

I would gladly work a 4 day roster 4 on 4 off .
