Candidate Info :
I have spent the last ten years working in the transport industry, and the previous seven years in the Defence Force.
I am looking for full time or casual work that allows me to spend quality time at home with my family. This could be local or linehaul (direct or changeover) driving work, or a position in an office in a managerial role.
I currently have a Cert III in Transport and Distribution, and a Cert III in Business (Frontline Management), and I am applying for RPL to complete a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. I have excellent time and people management skills mostly attributed to my time in the Army. I have an ability to think on my feet and readily adapt to changes. I am excellent with paperwork and account management, and great with attention to detail. I am very fit and enjoy working outdoors as well as indoors.

2) running most of the operation with roadtrains instead of single semi trailers.

4) decreased the amount of down time required for vehicle maintainence by encouraging the workshop to outsource some of its workload to civilian workshop.
