Responsibilities / Achievements:
* First point of contact to manage VL fleet within our Visyboard business.
* Tasked to also oversee Kings Park, PACT and Visy Paper fleet.
* Monitor loading/unloading times to ensure quick turnarounds and increased revenue.
* Complete payroll for all drivers on a daily basis.
* Ability to work closely with other VL NSW operations staff to provide best service and coverage for our customers.
* Carry out driver inductions and training.
* Conduct conflict resolution and execute disciplinary action when required.
