Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to apply for work as a HR Truck driver. I have extensive experience delivering steel with a body mounted crane truck in and around the Brisbane area and have been self employed for a number of years. My preference would be to work on the South side of Brisbane and out to Toowoomba and the Darling Downs, however, I would appreciate any work that becomes available. I possess a positive work ethic and plenty of common sense. Hopefully these attributes are what you are looking for.

Experience :
Worked As Contractor at Self-employed
Transport
Since 2003 I have been working as a self-employed contractor in the transport
industry for such companies as BSA Transport, Metro Transport, Team Transport and OneSteel Reinforcing carrying steel and general freight to various destinations
throughout Queensland and New South Wales mostly serving the building
industry. I currently own a Mitsubishi Fuso FM10 16T GVM crane truck with a
Palfinger 8085 crane and hold a current HR licence.
In 2000 I worked at the Waraluck Mine at Black Snake range Kilkivan as a dump
truck and front end loader driver.
We also have a small farm where I use a variety of tractors and equipment on a
daily basis.

Worked at Contract Carpenter
After graduating as a trade qualified carpenter in 1972 I worked on a number of projects including the Manapouri control dam at Te Anau NZ, a school at Tea Tree
Well NT and the satellite tracking station at Humpty Doo NT for Sitzler Bros, Hay
Point Coal Project for John Holland, and numerous general contract house building
projects.

Worked As Tradesperson at Self Employed Contract Carpenter from January 1974 to November 2000
