Responsibilities: Management of multiple work crews delivering a portfolio of infrastructure projects including the bid and estimation, project establishment, HR and recruitment management, planning, HSEQ and risk management, procurement, construction delivery, claims and invoicing and project closure / lessons learnt.

Plant scheduling for an entire civil fleet including machinery, semi trailers, small trucks and vehicles. Deliveries of Horizontal directional drill rigs, interstate & intrastate, general freight & metro deliveries, specialising in low loader & flat top trailers. Responsible for all vehicle service scheduling including truck & Trailer COI’s.
