Worked As CAR DETAILER/RENTAL SERVICE OFFICER at Thrifty Car Rental from June 2014 to till now
The experience and responsibilities at Thrifty are much like the tasks taken on at Avis but also include and are not limited to;
• Advanced competency of ERA and the manual RA process
• Monitoring car service schedules and the general maintenance of the fleet
• Vehicle allocation for preparation of the next days rentals
• Attending the airport for after hour rentals including the pick-up and return of vehicles at this location

Worked As CAR DETAILER/ RENTAL SERVICE OFFICER at Avis Australia from April 2011 to June 2014
• Knowledge of wizard and computer competency
• Answering phone calls and allocating bookings
• Customer Service: – attend to all enquiries regarding their car rentals
• Detailing Service: – clean all vehicles according to the Quality Standard of Avis Australia
• Vehicle Inspection Reports: record all existing or additional damages to vehicles
• Record accurate odometer readings for vehicles prior to and or return of vehicles
• Record accurate fuel levels of vehicles prior to and or return of vehicles
• Record Lost Properties: report to Manager all personals items left in vehicles by customers – i.e. mobile phones, wallets
• Ferry Driver: deliver or pickup vehicles from Sydney, Newcastle or locations outside of Port Macquarie
• Service Vehicles: ferry vehicles to dealerships, Windscreen Obrien, Bridgestone etc. Maintenance of Equipment: ensure equipment are cleaned and stored end of each working day
• Ensure wash-bay is kept clean end of working day
• Assist maintaining a safe working environment in accordance to Avis and Government regulations
• My position involves high turn-around of vehicles to respond to the demand of customer bookings and so therefore unsupervised and skillful ability to detail the vehicles immediately and within clean standard as expected, is the challenge I enjoy.
