Casual MC Drivers ( SRH Milk Haulage )
SRH Milk Haulage, Australia's premier family-owned and operated milk haulage company, is seeking reliable and professional MC-licensed drivers to join our team.
We currently operate a fleet of 90 prime movers and 130 tankers, servicing Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland, and our home base in NSW.
We are currently seeking casual drivers for weekend work, with immediate start available. We have afternoon shifts available from Friday to Monday, but ideally, we are looking for individuals who can work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday afternoons.
This role involves transporting milk in A-Double tankers from our Rutherford depot to factories in Sydney, with start times around 3PM each day. Shifts average approximately 10 hours per day.
What you’ll be doing
Safely operating large capacity milk tanker vehicles with Multi-Combination (MC) licences
Transporting Milk from our Depot to Factories in Sydney
Adhering to all relevant road transport regulations and safety protocols
Completing accurate documentation and recordkeeping for each delivery
Performing regular vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and reliable milk distribution services
What we’re looking for
A current MC driver’s licence with a strong safety record
Extensive experience operating large commercial vehicles in the road transport industry
Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet tight delivery schedules
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and compliance requirements
Effective communication skills to liaise with farmers, processing plants and team members
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
