\*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\*
– Provide roadside assistance and minor repairs. Manage vehicle stock and work independently on a roster.
– Attend all jobs on time. Communicate clearly with customers and team.
– Complete timesheets, inspections, and stock audits accurately.
– Perform vehicle checks and maintenance. Report any faults quickly.
– Keep vehicles clean and tidy.
– Deliver great customer service. Handle complaints and inform management when needed.
– Take part in training. Follow safety rules and support continuous improvement.
