About the Company: NW People works with high-performing transport and logistics businesses across Wacol and Swanbank to place experienced Transport Coordinators into roles that keep freight, schedules, and customer service running on time.
About the Opportunities: We’re currently seeking expressions of interest from Transport Coordinators for upcoming contract and temp-to-perm roles in metro and regional-based logistics environments. Typical duties may include:
- Planning and booking local or interstate freight
- Allocating runs and communicating with drivers
- Managing customer expectations and delivery windows
- Liaising with warehouse and dispatch teams
- Maintaining accurate transport records and reports
About You: We’d love to hear from logistics-savvy professionals who are:
- Experienced in transport coordination, dispatch, or scheduling
- Strong problem-solvers with excellent communication skills
- Confident using TMS or ERP systems (e.g. Freight2020, SAP, Pronto)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, time-critical roles
- Available at short notice or open to contract work
