About the Role:
- Coordinate day-to-day transport across local couriers and interstate freight
- Track and log lost/damaged in transit (DIT/GLIT) claims
- Monitor transport KPI reporting (including DIFOT) and flag service issues
- Liaise with freight providers, internal teams, and customers to resolve queries
- Manage bookings and ASN time slots for distribution centre orders
- Provide general support across both Front of House and Transport functions
About You:
You have a strong admin background, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love keeping things organised and accurate. You’re a confident communicator, quick to learn systems, and take pride in your reliability and attention to detail.
