My Key Responsibilities:

Picking and Packing:
Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and delivery schedules.
Ensure products are handled with care to maintain quality standards.
Maintain organized inventory storage areas to facilitate efficient order fulfillment.
Operation of forklift – Load and unload pallets from trucks with accuracy and care, following proper stacking and securing procedures.

Delivery:
Safely operate delivery vehicles, including utes or trucks, to transport products to designated locations.
Execute multi-drop delivery routes in a timely manner, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns effectively.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct routine inspections of products and packaging to verify quality and compliance with company standards.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with orders to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

Documentation and Record-keeping:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, deliveries, and any incidents or delays encountered during transportation.
Complete required paperwork, such as delivery manifests, invoices and driver sheets, in a timely and organized manner.
