I am a highly accomplished and dynamic individual with many years of experience in supply chain operations, and transport management. Having spent majority of my working career in the Australian Army, placed in highly technical equipment management roles, such as Electronic Warfare, Special Forces, Repair Parts Supply for the Army Aviation Fleets and Armoured Vehicle Fleets, both in Australia and on overseas operations. Voluntarily discharging in 2017 to share my skills and knowledge, I joined Willyama Services Pty Ltd as the Designated Logistics Manager. In my personal life I have proudly stayed connected in the Veteran community by taking on the role of President of the RSL Deception Bay Sub Branch Inc and becoming a Legatee for Legacy Australia. Worked As On Road Supervisor/ Fleet Manager at Australia I from March 2024 to August 2024
Veolia currently hold the Brisbane City Council Contract for the domestic waste and Recycling.

Key Achievements:

Willyama Services Pty Ltd is an indigenous-owned and operated cyber security services firm, specialising in Federal Government, Defence Industry and Private Sector consultancy.
Key Achievements:

* Successfully catalogued all stock items used in the Defence Mission Partner Environment communication system.
* Established and built all the associated Complete Equipment Schedules for the MPE communication system.
* Created higher assembly items via the Item Modification Creation And Disassemble process to allow for easier management at the end user unit.
* Established almost 1000 Equipment Registered Numbers to be used for the identification of the various higher assembly MPE components.
* Established all accounting records across the Australian Defence Force to meet the MPE user
requirements.
* Established repair/warranty pipelines with external suppliers of equipment used in the MPE system.
* Established an excellent working relationship with the unit logistic staff to ensure the MPE system is correctly accounted for in accordance with the unit basis of provisioning and entitlements.
* Developed training manuals for the Defence logistics staff to assist with the management and accountability of Defence inventory.
* Successfully deployed and recovered over 300,000 classified assets Nationally and Internationally in accordance with the Department of Defence and Hewlett Packard contract.
* Ensured asset inventory was maintained to the highest level, to ensure reporting capabilities of a specific asset’s location within a 4-hour window.
* Established stock control measures to ensure that asset inventory was maintained in accordance with the End User Compute project guidelines.
* Maintained appropriate stock levels to meet the deployment requirements outlined by the contractual agreement between Defence and Hewlett Packard.
* Ensured delivery locations and asset details were recorded to prevent any security breaches.
* Supervise and Maintenance of the Linfox contract for Willyama.
* Mentoring and training of warehouse staff.
* Maintenance of staff security clearances – including assisting staff with requirements to obtain the necessary security clearance.

* Supervise the deployment and retrieval of approximately 300 000 computers and ancillaries across all Defence related sites around the globe.
* Proactive engagement with key stakeholders to inform and maintain best practice.
* Selecting and assessing items of supply to be introduced into the Defence Inventory from the commercial suppliers to ensure the appropriate equipment was value for money and met the needs of Defence interests.
* Provide supplier performance reports and forecast future material requirements to Supply Chain
Managers and Program Managers.
* Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Department of Defence as well as the procedures required for Willyama Services.
* Review contracts/agreements to ensure KPIs and compliance met with law and company policy to negotiate terms if needed.
* Manage personnel within the purchasing and expediting process to ensure business objectives were met.
* In-Service Management and Through Life Support functions of the managed Fleet items from purchase to disposal.
* Cataloguing items of supply to ensure all assets were correctly catalogued in accordance with Defence policies.
* Liaising with the Maintenance team to advise of upcoming services and shortfalls in repair parts from either the supplier or available warehouse stock.
* Provide education and training by way of developing training manuals or physical training to the end user of the supply procedures and policies.
