Weighbridge Officer
$37.12 per hour (casual rate)
Monday to Friday 12:00?pm–5:00?pm, with additional hours as required.
Location: Belrose.
Immediate start.
We are seeking an experienced Weighbridge Administrator for a part-time role at Belrose.
The successful candidate will have a flexible timetable and be able to fulfil a five-day roster Monday to Friday 12:00?pm–5:00?pm and open to additional hours, including potentially 6?am starts.
Responsibilities
– Weigh trucks in and out of site and produce customer dockets.
– Provide excellent customer service via phone and face-to-face.
– Process payments, including EFTPOS transactions, account transactions, cash payments and cash reconciliation.
– Perform monthly account reconciliation.
– Complete onboarding and inductions.
Skills and experience
– Prior experience in a customer-focused role.
– General administrative skills such as data entry.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
– Previous experience with cash handling.
– Intermediate computer skills, particularly MS Office products such as Excel.
